I believe that if the Cowboys do not win on Sunday we have a serious Mike McCarthy problem. I also believe coach has not gotten enough credit for how good the team has been doing. He has basically the same record historically as Sean Payton, and the same number of Super Bowl victories. How come he doesn’t get talked about in the same regard? With all that being said if the Dallas Cowboys do not beat the Eagles this week I believe it proves he is not the right man for the job.

Now this might be harsh for a man who had surgery yesterday, but that is exactly the reasoning. I’ve heard many stories of coach being a great motivator. Everyone heard about the story of him smashing watermelons with a sledgehammer to get the boys fired up before. If he recovers from surgery removing an organ that exploded and began attacking him from the inside and still makes it to the sideline Sunday to coach the game the boys should be fired up to play for this man. If there isn’t a level of intensity to rally behind coach to come out of the gates swinging against our most hated enemy in our home stadium these would lead me to believe we have bigger problems.

This Eagles team isn’t the juggernaut everyone thinks they are. They are beatable we just witnessed the beat down they received last Sunday. They narrowly escaped us in Philly with some blatant mistakes by our offense at the end of the game. That same shit cannot happen at our home turf where we have defended so well all season. The Eagles defense is not good and our offense is humming.

I truly believe McCarthy is running this offense exceptionally and the Cowboys are rounding into form. Many haters argue that it’s only because we play bad teams, but honestly they can fuck off. I also believe this team will rally behind their coach after his emergency surgery. This is the week for the Cowboys to prove they aren’t only capable of beating the worst teams in the league, but are serious contenders to make it out of the NFC and compete for a Super Bowl.
