Why are the Cowboys favored against the Eagles this week? I understand that the Eagles are over rated frauds, and the Cowboys are playing extremely well inside of Jerry’s world this year. I really prefer the Cowboys to kind of fly under the radar which they have been able to successfully been able to do as far as Cowboys media coverage standards go.
Is that all over? Are people recognizing the Cowboys for all the talent they have? Dak keeps coming up in MVP discussions which I agree with, but I’d really like everyone to keep their mouth shut and let the Cowboys cook in silence. The Cowboys do have a pretty tough stretch of games coming up with Philly, Buffalo, Miami, and Detroit all coming up. If the Cowboys handle that gauntlet well I’m scared they will start to get all the hype (which is deserved but not preferred).
I am happy that after writing my Eagles are frauds blog yesterday I’m not the only one noticing this. I’m not a historical stat line guy, but I wonder how many number 1 seeds in the NFL have had back to back weeks being underdogs. Jalen Carter is calling out all of his own fans for being broke. Things are crumbling in Philly and I’m ready to get my popcorn ready and watch the whole thing fall apart.
